The plethora of nurses, so many with multiple degrees and national certification, was THE game changer. Covid allowed me to spend time at home and I got busy reading, writing, using flashcards and practice exams. I started to follow nurses on multiple social media sites and have learned so much from them as well.

On every new rotation we started over with new preceptors with no new details about COVID-19, just new requirements for what must be documented and when since each unit was different. Then, nurses started getting COVID-19. Everyone on the unit said if I needed anything just ask, but they were all so busy trying to save lives.
